What it is
Condelo builds intelligent systems on a shared platform it calls the Fabric. The premise is simple: the answers teams need are already in their data — the documents, emails and systems around them, where what’s missing often matters as much as what’s there. Condelo builds what finds them.
The Fabric
The Fabric is the foundation every Condelo system runs on — ingestion, retrieval, agents and provenance in one layer. Its contract is trust: a citation under every claim, and a clean refusal rather than an invented answer when the evidence isn’t there. Built once, drawn on by everything above it.
The bench
Explore is the first system on the Fabric — turning a collection of documents into cited answers and shareable briefings, in private beta now. It’s the proof the foundation works; more applications are in design behind it.
My role
Partner and product architect — shaping the Fabric and the systems that run on it, and keeping platform and product coherent as the surface area grows.
Have something in mind?
I’m always happy to talk through an architecture problem, a product to build, or an early-stage idea.
