The bet

Public-sector procurement is a huge, structured market that smaller suppliers largely can’t reach — not because they can’t do the work, but because finding and triaging the right tenders is a full-time job they can’t spare. Tenderoo is my bet that software can do that job well enough to change who gets to compete.

Building it solo

Tenderoo is bootstrapped and built end to end by me — product, design, engineering and go-to-market. It’s the venture where I get to hold all three at once and prove out an idea without a committee. The product is live, with a free tier open now and the paid tiers rolling out.

Where it’s going

Live and growing. The near-term path is from “find the tenders you fit” to “help you win them” — the tracking and bid-writing tiers that turn a good match into a submitted bid.
